These terms apply to website use and, where relevant, our proposals and statements of work (SOWs).

Scope

Website content is for general information only and not legal, financial, or technical advice. Service delivery terms are defined in our written proposals/SOWs.

Quotes & Engagements

Quotes state scope, fees, and assumptions. Work begins once a proposal/SOW is accepted. Changes are handled via written change notes.

Fees & Invoices

Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. Invoices are due within [30] days of issue.

IP & Deliverables

We retain pre-existing IP and tools. Upon full payment, you receive a license (or ownership if specified) to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s confidential information and uses it only for the engagement.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant work in the preceding 12 months.
